  • Full description of each element of structure - room by room
  • Descriptive report stating either 'Adequate', 'Rectification required'
    or 'Deteriorated'
  • Technical sheets to assist the understanding of 'Rectification required'
    issues where appropriate
  • Costs of rectification can be detailed, at additional cost, if ordered.
