Tobias has over 11 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Australia and the UK. He has developed experience working on commercial, residential, retail, leisure, hospitality, healthcare, and education projects.
Having completed a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property, with a major in Quantity Surveying from the University of New South Wales, Tobias has provided services including tax depreciation schedules, insurance valuations and expert witness reports, prepared contract documents, completed progress claim assessments, agreed variation claims and negotiated final accounts.
